WHAT GOES INTO OUR PROJECTS?

TEARDOWN TEARDOWN The essential first step of a restoration or custom project is accurate documentation of both existing and potentially needed parts. We provide photos and detailed records to provide a clear road map. THE BEGINNING MEDIA BLAST CLEAN START Our preferred method once tear down is completed is followed by a clean strip of body and parts associated. Exposing all surfaces to their core to locate rust in panels or alleviate previous repairs and finishes. Insuring us that the project will have a good foundation. MEDIA BLAST FOR A REPAIRS & FABRICATION REPAIRS & FABRICATION Once damage is exposed, we resource high quality replacement parts or use our experience to fabricate any part, or shape desired with a variety of specialty equipment. In the case of a custom build, we can implement designs and features that make projects one of a kind. PANEL FITMENT PANEL FITMENT & GLAZE WORK Attention to bodylines and panel gaps is a vital part of quality paint work. Hours of longboard filing is required along with techniques that only come with years of experience. We are often found creating our own unique tools to acheive a result that is qualified to apply the final finishes. REFINISH & PAINT REFINISH & PAINT Using PPG Refinish products to achieve an outstanding result. We are a certified Envirobase HP Waterbourne facility capable of multi-coat and custom specialty finishes. We also use various fixtures, like our rotisserie to assure proper coverage to exterior and underside areas. CHASSIS A vast array of suspension and chassis components can be resourced in today's aftermarket. From brake systems to performance handling, we take pride in having the experience to lead your project into the direction that will fit your needs. Performance suspension parts CHASSIS AND SUSPENSIONS MECHANICAL MECHANICAL FOUNDATION Dynamic Rides offers a multitude of experience in engine and drivetrain installations, from traditional engines used in pre-war hotrods to the latest in modern day fuel injection set ups. Choosing the right combonation will assure good drivability and function. ELECTRICAL ELECTRICAL With use of quality products such as American Autowire fuse panels, Vintage Air A/C and Dakota Digital gauges, we can implement the latest in aftermaket components with precision and peace of mind for our customers projects. INTERIOR INTERIOR We work in conjuntion with top notch upholstery shops on the design and installation of products to inhance the creature comforts of a project vehicle. Fabrication of custom panels or simple original equipment that will fit a desired theme. FINAL ASSEMBLY FINAL ASSEMBLY The final assembly relies on many processes laid out prior to installation of freshly painted parts and new components. We meticulously test fit and build each vehicle with form and function as a priority. The use of quality hardware is also a key feature. FINAL PRODUCT THE FINAL PRODUCT Once the project is complete our customers have enjoyed several aspects of the classic car hobby. From driving in a local parade to traveling across the country showing off their pride and joy at major events.
